To continue serving their communities effectively, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank needed to consolidate their document management systems — a project that served as the foundation for a more extensive lending transformation across the bank. However, the daunting task of retrieving over 15 million documents for consolidation presented a significant challenge.
Partnering with Infosys, the bank implemented a central document repository on Microsoft SharePoint Online. By consolidating vast amounts of data and streamlining the bank’s lending processes, Infosys helped improve their efficiency, security and enhance regulatory compliance, all while enabling the bank to retire legacy systems.
